Alanna Brown

I am almost 75, and the slow weight program with an individual coach has aided health and quality of life immeasurably.  With a coach, I have been able to dramatically strengthen muscles without injury.  The body really responds to the workouts and I also become more flexible, believe it or not! As well as better at balance.  The weights also really get the circulation going and blood flowing.  Melissa and Kirsten, whom I have worked with, are so attentive and encouraging, and knowledgeable.  I cannot speak too highly of the program or of them!
