I love working out with Melissa, Randi, and the other trainers here so very much! After just a few sessions I could feel my body changing, getting stronger. Slow-motion strength training is incredibly challenging, but also incredibly rewarding. The trainers are very attuned to proper form and any physical issues we might have, while also being very encouraging. (I’m really missing my sessions due to the Coronavirus quarantine, and hope to be back working out here soon!)
